CHILDCARE: Childcare will take place at Mission High and tends to fill up quickly. You must sign-up and register for Child Care before the conference and contact our child care coordinator directly (instructions on the website). We follow the child to adult ratios recommended by the State of California so please let us know if you need to cancel your childcare registration. We ask that you eat lunch with your children in order to give a break to the childcare workers. We also ask that you bring a lunch for your child(ren) since we don’t have the logistical support in providing kid friendly foods.
Participants with Disabilities:
Participants who will need ADA accessibility should contact us at email@example.com and indicate your accessibility needs.
This conference is presented by a group of classroom teachers and community-based educators. In doing this work, we believe that professional development opportunities that are organized and presented by ourselves as activists and professionals are the most effective and profound.
This conference is created by and for educators. We're a group of volunteers, the majority of us classroom teachers, pulling this off on our "free" time! Be Patient. Be kind. We look forward to working with you.
