MICHELLE Y. BURKE
Michelle Y. Burke is a Queens-based writer and educator. She's the author of the poetry collection Animal Purpose, winner of the 2015 Hollis Summers Poetry Prize. She's also penned a poetry chapbook, "Horse Loquela," which won the 2007 Red Mountain ReviewChapbook Series Award. Vanessa Gennarelli is a poet living in Philadelphia, PA. She is the recipient of the Lorabel Richardson/Academy of American Poets Prize, and her work has appeared in The Grinnell Review, Apiary, and Hot Metal Bridge. By day she leads education efforts for Stellar.org, an open source financial network for the world.
